Dammit, today been sucking since like 1am. First I insult a stranger in a chat. Second it took me until 6am to fall asleep. And now I wake up and find myself to have been negatively feedbacked on Amazon.com.
On my gmail e-mail account alot of automated or form emails go to spam. Spring Break, while a lazy time for me, I still had alot of hubub to deal with my family and what not. So this asshole messages me during spring break to tell me their galactic heroes figures didn't show up. I don't get the message. About 4 days later they message me again through the amazon automated system. Nothing. Apparently like 24 hours after that they file an A to Z claim. I don't get that message either.
Hal the time I don't even know when something sells until I check the account, and the account doesn't tell me when someone is attempting to contact me. And I'll tell you this much I get ALOT of scam/spam/phishing emails related to Amazon.
Anywho, long story short I check the account, check the A to Z claim. I head to the post office and harass them for a couple hours while I force them to check the rooms to see if any packages were misplace (they've done it to my packages before) I also get them to call the buyer's PO to see if its arrived yet or it was set aside or misplaced. They show nothing in their system.
All I got from the post office was that its "in transit" and thats it.
So I tell the buyer I apologize these things happen, explain the email thing and I refund IN FULL, INCLUDING THE SHIPPING. So not only am I OUT the stupid figures but I'm out of wasted bubble wrap, a good box, and the money I paid in shipping. And get this I sold it for 8.99 I paid 5.77 for it. Its not like I'm trying scam them or something. Its stupid little pieces of plastic for babies.
And I wake up today and I get negged on Amazon, and I ALWAYS get postive because I communicate well and quickly with my customers. Hell if there is a super huge delay for some reason in shipping I kick in something extra or upgrade shipping. If somethng got lost inspite of carefully shipping/packing practices I replace whenever possible and kick in extras. I really love this collectibles selling. "Cause I know the inventory is going to good homes as alot of it is coming from my families' personal collection.
But no, some fuckin' people no matter how gracious or apologetic, no matter the lengths you go through they shit all over you because they're douches that way. So I negged them right back. If I get a 5 they get a 5, hell if I get a 4 they get a 5. But when I get a 1 after kicking my ass to find their item at the post office and then refund in full. Well fuck them.
This is not "customer is always right" America anymore, its capitalism, baby. Check all my other feedback. Talk to my previous customers. I take good care of my customers. If I screw up I take my licks and I make it up to the best of my ability. But a 1 over a 9 dollar baby toy that was out of my hands. That just pisses me off. A fuckin' peg warmer toy.

Ah well inspite of that I made 4 sales today, all of them AFTER the negative feedback processed. So I know its only gonna deter SOME people that only glance at feedback. The rest are gonna want my deals as I'm the cheapest damn prices on Amazon. Guaranteed.
